Dramapoll
Dramapoll is a fictional software prototype that allows users to post and engage in polls on shows they are currently watching or interested in.
This software also keeps track of whether the episode is now or has finished airing. If the show is currently airing, it will be 'live' when a new episode airs, allowing people to interact with each episode.
Thought Process
I got inspired to come up with this app when I was watching a crime-solving tv show. With every episode there were new twists and turns, and I wanted to interact with other viewers on who they think is the culprit.
However, there isn't really a suitable outlet for what I wanted, so I decided to create what I envisioned a suitable platform will be if there is one.
Design Process
I designed this app with the goal of making the polls and attached media the major focus for users. To achieve this, I kept the color scheme minimal and clean.
I encountered numerous challenges while designing the app's UI and experience, requiring multiple iterations to achieve the desired outcome.
Finally, I created an app design that aligned with the users' anticipated actions.
